Fundraise of £500,000 and Total Voting Rights

Wishbone Gold Plc announces that it has raised gross proceeds of £500,000 in a placing arranged by CMC Markets UK Plc trading as CMC CapX at a placing price of 9 pence per share ("Placing Price") through the issue of 5,555,556 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence par value each (the "New Ordinary Shares").

The proceeds of the Fundraise will primarily be used to boost the Company's treasury in order to continue the drilling programme at its Red Setter gold-copper project through the remainder of this year. Red Setter is located 20km south-west of Greatland Resources Ltd (AIM and ASX: GGP) Telfer gold mine, and 50km east of Cyprium Metals Ltd's (ASX: CYM) Nifty copper mine.

Richard Poulden, Wishbone Gold's Chairman, stated:

"Our recent announcement of wide zones of copper and gold at shallower depths is very significant for Red Setter and this fundraise ensures we are able to continue the drill programme this year. We, along with many other explorers in Western Australia, are finding the assay result turnaround time delays frustrating, however we have a vast backlog of core that is progressing through the system and we look forward to releasing more results as soon as they are available."

Application is being made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares on issue, to be admitted to trading on the AIM and AQSE markets ("Admission"). Dealings in respect of 5,555,556 New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on or about 2 November 2026 and the issue is subject only to Admission.

Total Voting Rights ("TVR")

The Company's total issued and voting share capital upon Admission will consist of 43,527,771 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company.
