Porvair, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental technology group, announces that it has been notified that Hooman Caman Javvi, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 5,946 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares").

Following this transaction, Hooman Caman Javvi's holding in the Company is 38,391 ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
