Publication of UK Prospectus
Wise today announces that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") has approved and Wise Group plc has published a UK Prospectus for the proposed admission of Wise Group plc's Class A ordinary shares to the equity shares (transition) category of the FCA's Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") (the "Proposed Admission"). The Proposed Admission supports Wise's proposal to move its primary listing to the United States on Nasdaq and maintain a secondary listing in the United Kingdom on the LSE.
A copy of the UK Prospectus will shortly be available on Wise's website at https://wise.com/owners/wise-dual-listing and uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
