Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Volex plc (LSE: VLX), the specialist integrated manufacturer of critical power and data transmission products, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2026 on Thursday 12 November 2026, as previously advised in the Group’s recent trading update. Volex will host an analyst briefing and investor presentation following the publication of the interim results.

Analyst Briefing: 9.00 am GMT, Thursday 12 November 2026

Investor Presentation: 2.30 pm GMT, Friday 13 November 2026

A live presentation will be held online at 2.30 pm GMT on Friday 13 November 2026 on the Investor Meet Company (“IMC”) platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event on the IMC dashboard up until 9.00 am GMT on the day before the meeting, or at any time during the live presentation.
