Director / PDMR Shareholding

Tooru, an AIM listed company focused on the branded health and wellness sector, announces that Nicholas Lee, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, in order to transfer shares between accounts on 2 July 2026 sold and immediately repurchased 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each (the "Ordinary Shares") into his ISA account.

The transfer did not affect Mr Lee's overall shareholding in the Company, and he remains interested in 24,601,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
