The Company has received notification that, on 30 October 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, PCA to Christopher Mills, purchased 1,964,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 33.66 pence per share (the "Purchase).
Following the Purchase, Christopher Mills and his PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 43,061,500 B Shares, representing 29.11% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
