Board and Management Update
Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, announces changes to its Board and the appointment of a CFO.
Board
Mark Rollins has transitioned from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman. Mark has spent significant time supporting the restructuring and turnaround since the start of 2025. His move to non-executive chair reflects the advanced stage of progress to date, and aligns with the Company's commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Management
The Company has appointed Mr Thomas Hill as full-time CFO, effective from today. Further details about Mr Thomas Hill:
· Based in London, Thomas has over 25 years of experience in working in the natural resource sector, most recently as Finance Director of Hummingbird Resources plc for 15 years, during which time it grew from a private exploration company to build and operate two gold mines in West Africa.
· Prior to this, Thomas was a Senior Audit Manager within BDO LLP's natural resources department, where he worked extensively with mining and exploration companies and was involved with numerous corporate transactions.
Thomas has a metallurgy, economics and management degree from Trinity College, Oxford, and is currently Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (www.iom3.org).
Commenting on his appointment as CFO, Thomas Hill commented said:
