Purchase of shares into the EBT

SThree plc (the "Company"), the global STEM workforce consultancy, announces that it has been notified that between 6 March 2026 and 16 March 2026 Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, as Trustee of SThree Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust (the EBT), has purchased 857,933 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company as follows:

The shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Group's employees, and used to satisfy awards under certain employee share schemes.

Further to this purchase, the EBT holds a total of 1,044,555 ordinary shares which represents 0.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
