SThree plc (the "Company"), the global STEM workforce consultancy, announces that, after nearly five years with the Company, Andrew Beach, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be stepping down as CFO and from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026, but has agreed to continue within the business until the announcement of the Company's half year results on 21 July 2026, to support a smooth and orderly transition.

I would like to thank Timo, the Board and all my colleagues for their support. I believe the Company is well placed for the next stage of its development and I look forward to following its continued progress."
