Social Housing REIT plc announces that on 18 June 2026, Tilford Holdings Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Steven Windsor, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), acquired 132,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

Following this acquisition, Steven Windsor does not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCA holds 1,195,762 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.30% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Notification of Dealing Forms can be found below and are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of these acquisitions.
