Social Housing REIT plc announces that on 17 June 2026, Jonathan Short, independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), and Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Benedict Green, PDMR, acquired 310,345 and 142,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively.

Following these acquisitions, details of the resulting aggregate holdings in the Company's share capital by the Chair, PDMR and PCA as appropriate, are detailed below:
