Change to Accounting Reference Date, Delay in Publication of Annual Results and Suspension

Silverbullet (AIM: SBDS), a provider of AI driven digital transformation services and products, provides the following update with respect to its audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Results") and announces a suspension from trading on AIM.

On the 26 June 2026, it resolved to change its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 30 June. This change takes immediate effect.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date and assuming continued admission to trading on AIM, the last day of trading for which is 7 July 2026 and which is anticipated to be cancelled at 7:00 a.m. (BST) on 8 July 2026, Silverbullet will adhere to the following reporting timetable:

·      publication of its audited results for the 18-month period to 30 June 2026 by 31 December 2026;

·      publication of its unaudited interim financial results for the 6-month period ending 31 December 2026 by 30 June 2027; and

·      publication of its audited results for the 12-month period to 30 June 2027 by 31 December 2027.

As stipulated by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), the Company is required to publish its Annual Results by 30 June 2026. The Company will not to meet this deadline. Accordingly, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM is expected to be suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. (BST) on 1 July 2026, pending publication of the Annual Results.
