In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, the Company announces that between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026 it has allotted and issued 27,153 ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each for the purposes of satisfying the allotment of shares under the Severn Trent Sharesave Scheme. These shares have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under the Company's existing block admission of shares for this purpose dated 28 November 2025.
Following this issuance of shares, and in line with the 'Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital' announcement released by the Company on 2 November 2026, as at 31 October 2026 the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 304,103,507 ordinary shares of 97 17⁄19 pence each, of which 2,002,453 shares are held in treasury.
