Toronto, Ontario – November 2, 2026 – Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V: GAL | AIM: GAL | OTCQX: GALKF) (“Galantas” or the “Company”) announces that on 30 October 2026, the Company received notification that Lawrence Roulston, Non-Executive Director of the Board of Galantas, sold 933,500 ordinary shares in the Company at C$0.375 per share on 29 October 2026.
Following the sale, Mr Roulston holds 37,200,045 shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.37% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Further details are set out in the PDMR form below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
