Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The Board of SDCL Efficiency Income Trust plc is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and were duly passed by the Shareholders.
Resolutions 1 to 10 (inclusive) were proposed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 11 and 12 were proposed as special resolutions.

At 15 September 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 1,085,419,558 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Directorate Change
As previously announced, following the conclusion of the AGM held today, Christopher Knowles has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Rosemary Boot has succeeded Chris as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
