Publication of 2025 Annual Report and 2026 AGM Notice

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS", the "Company"), a global AI solutions company, has today published on its website www.rws.com/about/investors/ its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2026 (the "2026 AGM Notice"), which will be distributed to shareholders shortly.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 11 February 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8YY. The Company strongly encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM and to appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person who may not be able to attend the meeting if circumstances change.
