NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

J. Rothschild Services Limited, on behalf of Dame Hannah Rothschild, has notified us of a transaction involving the £1 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares").  Details of this transaction is set out in the below table and is disclosed by the Company in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.

Following this transaction, Dame Hannah Rothschild's beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company comprise the following:

•             14,162,434 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each (10.16% of the Company's issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares¹) held beneficially.

•             15,402,708 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each (11.05% of the Company's issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares¹) held non-beneficially.
