Annual General Meeting 2026

Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty brand, is pleased to announce that the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 13 August 2026.  The AGM will be held at the offices of Strand Hanson, 26 Mount Row, London W1K 3SQ.

Further to the announcement of the Company's audited preliminary results for the year ended 28 February 2026 ("FY26") on 21 July 2025, the Company published its FY26 audited final results and FY25 Annual Report on 22 July 2026.  The Notice of AGM, together with the Annual Report and Accounts, were despatched on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications.  Electronic copies are available on the investor section of the Company's website at https://revolutionbeautyplc.com/results-and-reports/.
