HALF YEAR TRADING UPDATE

Notice of results to end August 2026

Investor presentation

Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty brand, is very pleased to announce a successful first half of FY27 as its turnaround strategy gathers pace.

The Group expects to report adjusted EBITDA of not less than £2m which compares to a £12.5m loss in the first half of the previous year. Despite the first half of the prior year having been materially flattered at the top line by discount sales to generate cash and sales of discontinued brands and SKUs, this year’s first half produced revenues broadly in line with last year but with a gross margin more than 10 percentage points higher. We also continued with the strong cost discipline that has enabled the business to demonstrate profitability at the EBITDA level in every month for the last twelve months.

Looking forward, the second half of the year seasonally contributes more than the first half. The Company’s order books suggest that the changes management have made to products and ranges are beginning to have a positive impact with our retail customers. The Group’s online sales, which are a good forward indicator, grew 22% in the first half of the year as against the comparable period last year. The Company will provide greater detail in its interim results in October but at this stage the Board considers that the Group is trading comfortably ahead of market expectations.
