REVEILLE RESOURCES PLC
("Reveille", or the "Company")
Submission of Val Vedello EIA & Update on Novazza EIA
Reveille [AQSE: REV], a UK natural resources exploration and development company, established to pursue Uranium opportunities in Europe with a primary focus on Italy's largest uranium deposits, is pleased to announce that the Company's fully owned Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano S.r.l. ("FEI"), a special purpose vehicle established to hold and develop the Val Vedello and Novazza uranium projects in Italy, has now submitted a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") or Valutazione di Impatto Ambientale ("VIA") to the Italian Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security (Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica, "MASE") for the Val Vedello project in the Province of Sondrio in Lombardy, Italy (the "Val Vedello EIA"), representing the commencement of the final regulatory review process prior to the granting of the exploration licence.
Following submission of the Val Vedello EIA, the MASE commission (Commissione Tecnica VIA) will undertake a comprehensive review of the application in accordance with Italian and European Union environmental legislation. The review of the EIA represents the principal environmental regulatory stage prior to the granting of the exploration licence.
Based on the applicable permitting timetable, the Company expects the review of the Val Vedello EIA to be completed within approximately six to nine months of submission. Upon completion of the environmental review process and receipt of the necessary approvals, the exploration licence is expected to be granted.
Update on Novazza EIA
Further to the regulatory announcement published by Zenith Energy Ltd on April 16, 2026, announcing the submission by FEI of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Novazza exploration project (the "Novazza EIA") in the Province of Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy, the Company is pleased to announce that, on July 10, 2026, the MASE conducted an official site visit to the Novazza project.
The visit was attended by representatives of MASE together with a number of national, regional and local public authorities, including the Mayor of Valgoglio (the municipality in which the Novazza project is located), representatives of the Lombardy Regional Administration, the Province of Bergamo, the Italian Institute for Environmental Protection and Research ("ISPRA"), and other authorities involved in the environmental permitting process.
The site visit represents an important milestone in the advancement of the Novazza EIA. Following the inspection, MASE is expected to issue a series of technical observations and requests for supplementary information to FEI, where appropriate, as part of the ongoing environmental assessment process. The official site inspection forms part of the statutory environmental review process and represents a further procedural step towards completion of the EIA review.
Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, Executive Director of Reveille, commented:
"The submission of the Val Vedello Environmental Impact Assessment represents another important milestone for Reveille and means that both of our uranium projects are now progressing through the Italian environmental permitting process. Since our admission to the Aquis Growth Market earlier this month, we have been encouraged by the strong support shown by investors, reflected in the significant appreciation of the Company's market value. This demonstrates increasing recognition of the attractive and well-timed opportunity represented by our portfolio and strategy.
With Italy's largest historical uranium deposits now advancing through the permitting process simultaneously, Reveille is positioned to establish one of Europe's most attractive uranium exploration and development opportunities. These projects represent a nationally significant opportunity for Italy, and have the potential to play an important role in improving the understanding and responsible development of the country's uranium resources at a time of growing European interest in secure domestic sources of critical raw materials and nuclear fuel.
Our Board of Directors and management team are entirely Italian, reflecting our long-term commitment to Italy and our confidence in the country's geological potential. We are proud to be advancing these strategically important assets and remain committed to working constructively with the Italian Government, national, regional and local authorities, and local communities to responsibly execute our long-term development strategy in Lombardy.
I would like to thank the representatives of MASE who attended the recent site visit to Novazza, the Mayor of Valgoglio, and all the national, regional and local authorities involved for their professionalism, constructive engagement and cooperation throughout the process to date. We look forward to continuing to work constructively with them, together with local stakeholders, as we responsibly advance our long-term development strategy in Lombardy and deliver further progress in the months ahead."

Notes to Editors
Reveille Resources plc (AQSE: REV) is an Italy-focused uranium exploration and development company established to unlock the value of the country's historic uranium deposits.
The Company's principal assets are the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium deposits in northern Italy, which together represent one of Europe's most significant historical uranium districts. Collectively, the projects have benefited from more than 87,000 metres of historical drilling, approximately 17 kilometres of underground mine development, and what the Board believes would equate to hundreds of millions of euros of exploration and development expenditure if replicated today. Historical estimates indicate a combined exploration target of approximately 15 million pounds U₃O₈. These estimates are historical in nature and are not reported in accordance with any current internationally recognised mineral resource reporting standard.
Reveille's strategy is to identify and advance uranium projects that have benefited from substantial historical exploration and technical work but where value has yet to be fully realised due to geopolitical, technological, financial or historical factors. By applying modern exploration techniques and internationally recognised reporting standards, the Company intends to verify historical data, advance exploration and work towards the delineation of mineral resources in accordance with internationally recognised reporting standards.
While Italy remains the Company's principal area of focus, Reveille will selectively evaluate additional uranium opportunities elsewhere in Europe and in other Western jurisdictions where similar value creation opportunities exist. The Company is committed to advancing its projects responsibly, working closely with local communities, regulators and other stakeholders to ensure that exploration activities are undertaken to the highest environmental, technical and governance standards.
