Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that it was notified on 1 September that, to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, Greig Paterson, a Non Executive Director, has today sold 692,278 Ordinary Shares a price of 6.0p per share before subsequently acquiring 692,278 Ordinary Shares at 6.0p through his ISA. 

Following this transaction Mr. Paterson's interest is unchanged at 692,278 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.5 per cent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital.
