Purchase of Shares by Chairman

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a leading provider of rent guarantee services, which includes property protection, to tenants and landlords in the UK¹ private rental sector, announces that Graham Duncan, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 94p per Ordinary Share on 4 September 2026.  Mr Duncan now has a total interest in 653,333 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 0.40% of the voting rights in the Company.
