In accordance with the notification obligations under Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, Renishaw plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions relating to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company (“PDMRs”) under the Renishaw plc Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).

The following PDMRs have been granted awards over 19,239 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) (the "Deferred Bonus Awards") on 21 October 2026:

Subject to certain conditions in respect of service, the Deferred Bonus Awards vest on 22 October 2029. The number of Ordinary Shares subject to the Deferred Bonus Awards has been calculated based on the average of the closing share price for an Ordinary Share for the three dealing days immediately preceding 21 October 2026, in accordance with the Plan rules. No payment was required for the grant of the Deferred Bonus Awards.
