Update on Pirkx Acquisition and Launch of Pri0r1ty People
Newly acquired Pirkx wellbeing platform, serving 9,859 members across 525 contracted companies, trading close to break-even with the potential to reach operating profitability in early 2027; Group launches Pri0r1ty People, an AI-powered HR platform built around the Pirkx offering
Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF), the AI focused business delivering growth solutions to SMEs, is pleased to announce good operational progress at Pirkx, the technology-led employee wellbeing and benefits platform acquired in early September, now operating as Pri0r1ty Pirkx Limited ("Pirkx"), and the launch of Pri0r1ty People ("People"), a suite of AI-powered HR tools built around the Pirkx offering.
The Company believes that this combination will transform Pirkx from a standalone wellbeing and benefits product into a complete HR management platform. People gives businesses a single place to manage their workforce, from employee records, leave and appraisals to contractor costs and document storage, with AI intelligence layered throughout and Pirkx wellbeing and benefits built in.
Key Headlines:
• Scale and engagement - Pri0r1ty Pirkx is now serving 9,859 contracted users across 525 contracted companies and with platform engagement of 75%. In September 2026 the platform's organic users grew by over 1.5% during the acquisition with no sales or marketing.
• Contracted recurring revenue - Pirkx is now generating monthly recurring revenue of £42.7k, contracted across its existing customer base.
• Path to profitability - A technology and restructuring programme undertaken following the acquisition is anticipated to reduce operating expenditure significantly from February 2027. On an indicative basis only, and assuming current contracted revenues are maintained or grown, this could result in the business being operationally cashflow positive, being ahead of internal forecast.
• Launch of Pri0r1ty People - A new AI-powered HR module within the Pri0r1ty platform, including an AI HR Assistant, AI-generated appraisals, employee directory, leave and calendar management, contractor management, document management, an automated organisation chart and HR complaints handling, with Pirkx wellbeing and benefits integrated as a dedicated tab.
• Cross-selling opportunity - People will initially be made available to Pirkx's 525 contracted companies with an imminent wider rollout to Pri0r1ty Ai users.
Pirkx - user base, engagement and financial outlook
Pirkx is a worker benefits and wellbeing self-service platform serving SMEs, workforce communities and membership organisations through a recurring subscription model. Since launch, members have spent more than £3.1 million through the platform's cards, vouchers, cinema and online offers, generating over £187,000 in savings, including £115,000 in cashback earned, and have entered more than 18,000 competitions and 9,300 lotto draws. More than 295,000 logins have been recorded across the platform to date.
The Group's immediate priorities are to grow recurring revenues across the existing 525 contracted companies, complete the restructuring programme and develop a more mature marketing strategy for the platform. This positions Pirkx to become a sustainable, profitable operating subsidiary of the Group.
Launch of Pri0r1ty People
People is the new human resources module within the Pri0r1ty platform, launched today alongside completion of the Pirkx restructuring. It brings together everything an HR team needs in one place and uses the Group's existing AI infrastructure to reduce administrative overhead and surface insights automatically. Features at launch include:
• AI HR Assistant - a conversational assistant for every employee that answers policy questions, checks leave balances and files time-off requests in plain English, with answers personalised to the employee and their business. This feature is available to all employees across Whatsapp Business, Email and SMS.
• AI-generated appraisals - managers describe the focus areas for a review in a few sentences and the AI generates a complete, tailored appraisal template for that employee and role, with a full draft-to-acknowledged review lifecycle.
• Employee directory - full employee profiles, four role-based access levels, one-click linking of existing platform users and bulk CSV upload for onboarding hundreds of employees at once.
• Calendar and leave management - a shared calendar showing who is in, away or working from home, with time-off and WFH requests routed automatically to the right manager.
• Contractor management - timesheets with automatic cost calculation, approval workflows and a real-time cost summary for finance and department heads.
• Organisation chart, document management and HR complaints - an org chart generated automatically from reporting lines, role-scoped secure document storage, and a formal, trackable channel for raising workplace concerns, including anonymously.
• Pirkx integration - a dedicated wellbeing and benefits tab, bringing the full Pirkx proposition to every business on the platform.
People is fully integrated with the rest of the Pri0r1ty suite, sharing the same AI engine as the Advisor agent, the same user identity aInbox, the same secure cloud storage as the Knowledge Centre, and the same notification and subscription infrastructure. Existing Pri0r1ty customers can enable HR features for their teams without any separate set-up, and People is gated by the Group's plan-based subscription model, providing a further route to increasing customer spend.
Strategy and further acquisitions
The Pirkx transaction demonstrates the Group's acquisition model in practice: acquire an established, subscription-based business with a loyal user base and contracted recurring revenue, integrate it into the Pri0r1ty AI platform, streamline its cost base and cross-sell the Group's products across its customers. Within one month of completion, Pirkx has moved from a standalone wellbeing product to the foundation of a full HR platform with a route towards profitability.
The Board intends to replicate this tried and tested structure. The Group is actively exploring further acquisition opportunities of complementary, recurring-revenue businesses where the same approach can be applied, with the objective of accelerating revenue and user growth across the Group and expanding the customer base to which the full Pri0r1ty suite can be sold.
Daniel Gee, CTO of Pri0r1ty, commented:
"Pirkx is exactly the kind of business we look for: a loved product, a loyal and growing membership of nearly 10,000 people across 525 companies, and contracted recurring revenue that already covers almost all of its costs. In our first month of ownership we have taken the steps needed to put the business on a path towards profitability in early 2027, and that is before any new revenue.
"The bigger opportunity is what Pirkx becomes inside Pri0r1ty. With the launch of Pri0r1ty People we are turning a wellbeing and benefits platform into a complete, AI-powered HR system. Every employee gets an AI assistant that answers their questions and handles their requests, every manager gets appraisals, leave and contractor costs in one view, and every business gets Pirkx wellbeing built in. We have 525 contracted companies to introduce it to from day one and a full platform of AI tools behind it. This is a significant step in our strategy of building recurring SaaS revenues and cross-selling across the Group."
