Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF), the AI focused business delivering growth solutions to SMEs, announces it has today published a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company (the "Notice").

 

The AGM will be held at 2:00 p.m. on 8 July 2026 at 25 Eccleston Yards, London SW1W 9NF. The Notice  includes resolutions seeking the reappointment of all Directors, including recently appointed Director Daniel Gee, and authority to issue on a non pre-emptive basis up to 198,849,213 Ordinary Shares.  

 

The Notice and the accompanying Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders.
