Halfspace Partnership Agreement

Halfspace partners with Sport & Recreation Alliance to launch SportTower.ai, delivering AI tools and data solutions to nearly 300 UK sports organisations

Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (AIM: PR1, OTC: PRIAF), the AI focused business delivering growth solutions to SMEs, is pleased to announce that its Halfspace Limited ("Halfspace") business has entered into a partnership agreement with the Sport & Recreation Alliance ("The Alliance") as its official AI partner. Halfspace will offer data solutions and AI tools to nearly 300 member organisations across the sports and recreation sector with an estimated 15,000 users through SportTower.ai, the Company's new platform for the sports and recreation sector.

The Sport & Recreation Alliance is the independent representative body for national sports organisations in the UK, promoting and developing grassroots sport and recreation. Its membership spans national governing bodies and sports participation organisations. SportTower.ai gives The Alliance members direct access to the Group's AI-powered tools, Advisor, Fan Sonar, Vox, and Compass ID, alongside sector trend analysis. Built on the Group's existing AI platform, SportTower.ai enables member organisations to develop AI infrastructure trained on their own data in a secure and controlled environment. The Company will work closely with The Alliance to scale the implementation of its data solutions and AI tools, supporting member operations through comprehensive, GDPR-compliant data gathering and analytics.

This 12-month agreement, with an option to extend, marks the first deployment of SportTower.ai and the launch of the Company's strategy to bring its AI platform to multiple sectors through strategic partnerships. The Group intends to replicate this model through further partnerships over the coming months. Halfspace has worked with The Alliance to agree this partnership and expects to derive revenues as The Alliance members sign up for Halfspace's suite of products.

Rory Maxwell, CEO of Pri0r1ty, commented:

"Partnering with the Sport & Recreation Alliance as its official AI partner is a strategic opportunity to bring our AI tools to a wide network of national governing bodies and their members, scaling our business model and reaching a mass-market audience. We care passionately about better supporting the UK sports ecosystem and are delighted to be working with The Alliance to extend our AI and data capabilities to help those organisations grow their businesses. SportTower.ai is the first deployment of a scalable, repeatable model and we look forward to delivering this across further partnerships in the months ahead."

Lisa Wainwright MBE, CEO of Sport & Recreation Alliance, commented:

"We are delighted to be partnering with Halfspace, bringing cutting-edge AI capability to support our members to grow and diversify their revenue streams. This partnership will help National Governing Bodies and the wider Alliance better understand and engage their communities both in and outside of their membership bases. It's an important step in equipping our members with the insight and tools they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape and we look forward to working with them, and our members over the coming year".
