Power Metal Resources plc ("Power Metal" or the "Company")

Director Dealings

Power Metal Resources plc (LON:POW) the AIM listed metals exploration and development company was notified today of the following Director Dealings.

Paul Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today transferred 6,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife Michelle Louise Johnson, at nil consideration.

Following the above inter-spousal transfer Mr Johnson's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at a total of 61,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company, today transferred 4,210,526 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife Margaret Stephanie Bell, at nil consideration.

Following the above inter-spousal transfer Mr Bell's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at a total of 22,282,403 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.58% of the issued share capital of the Company.
