Potter & Moore plc, a British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and private label manufacturer, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted today to shareholders. Copies will also be available on the Company's website at www.potterandmooreplc.com/investors/shareholder-documents/.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday 20 August 2026 at the Company's registered office at 1210 Lincoln Road, Werrington, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE4 6ND.
