The Company was informed that, on 25 May 2001, Mr Nicholas O'Shea, a
non-executive director of the Company, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company at a price of 4p per share. As a result, Mr O'Shea is now
beneficially interested in 11,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital.
