CFO Resignation
Potter & Moore PLC (AIM:PAM), the British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and manufacturer, announces that Qadeer Mohammed, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role, and not seek re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. It is expected that Qadeer will work his six-month notice period to ensure there is a smooth transition process to his successor. In the meantime, Qadeer and the rest of the executive team remain fully focused on the delivery of the Group's long-term strategy and objectives.
The Board will commence an external recruitment process to identify Qadeer's successor, and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
Paul Forster, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Qadeer for all his hard work and contribution to Potter & Moore over the last four years. We wish him every success for the future."
