Appointment of Chief Executive Officer, Board Change and Senior Management appointments

Potentially AI PLC (AIM: AGI), the collective AI company, announces the appointment of Oliver Yonchev, Co-founder, as Chief Executive Officer, the appointment of Arfan Chaudhry as Chief Product Officer and the appointment of Josje Koehof as Adviser to the Board on AI Governance and Data Strategy. Sukhveer Sanghera, Co-founder and Chief Architect, has stepped down from the Board of the Company. Together with the strategic technology partnership with Juma Labs announced on 22 October 2026, these changes form part of the leadership and engineering structure the Board has put in place to deliver the Company’s workspace product, which remains on track for release by the end of 2026.

Board changes

Oliver Yonchev is appointed Chief Executive Officer with effect from 27 October 2026. Oliver co-founded the Company and has served as an Executive Director since its admission to AIM in July 2026, leading the Company’s commercial and operational build. He was previously Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flight Story, the group he founded with Steven Bartlett and exited in 2024. Over 15 years he has founded, scaled and exited technology and media businesses in the UK and the US. As Chief Executive Officer he will lead the delivery of the Company’s product roadmap, including the workspace product targeted for release by the end of 2026, and its commercial strategy.

Sukhveer Sanghera has stepped down from his role as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Sanghera’s services as Chief Architect were provided through Artificial Superintelligence Pte. Ltd. (“ASI”), a company wholly owned by him, under a consultancy agreement. Following his departure from the Board, the Company is discussing transitioning the services provided under that agreement and will make further updates in due course.

Management changes

Arfan Chaudhry has been appointed Chief Product Officer with effect from 27 October 2026, with responsibility for the Company’s product strategy, roadmap and delivery across the consumer application and the workspace product. He joined the Company as Chief Growth Officer in June 2026 and led its growth function through the launch of the consumer beta. Arfan is a consumer technology entrepreneur with more than 15 years’ experience building and scaling consumer software.

Josje Koehof is appointed Adviser to the Board on AI Governance and Data Strategy with effect from 27 October 2026. Josje is a technology lawyer and data protection specialist. She was Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer of Build A Rocket Boy Ltd., the international games studio, and was previously Legal Counsel at Optiver UK Limited, the global market maker, having trained at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader International LLP. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has published on the regulation of artificial intelligence. She will advise the Board on the governance of the Company’s commitment that user data is not used to train models, and on the privacy and compliance framework required for enterprise deployment in 2027.

Delivery of the Company’s product roadmap is supported by the strategic technology partnership with Juma Labs and Iliya Valchanov, Technical Adviser to the Board, announced on 22 October 2026, under which a dedicated team of eight senior AI engineers, including Juma Labs’ CEO and CTO, Ilko Kacharov, is working on the workspace product.

The Company’s consumer beta application, launched in September 2026, has recorded more than 100,000 installs across iOS, Android and the web as at 26 October 2026.

The Company target of delivering the workspace product by the end of 2026 remains.

Commentary

Lord Dominic Johnson, Non-Executive Director of Potentially AI PLC, commented:

“Oliver helped lead the Company through its admission to AIM and has the full confidence of the Board, so we are thrilled to appoint him Chief Executive Officer.

In recent weeks the Board has put in place the engineering capability, through the Juma Labs partnership, and the leadership, through today’s appointments, to deliver the Company’s product roadmap. With Arfan leading product, Josje advising on AI governance and data strategy, and Iliya Valchanov advising on technology, the Company’s focus is now squarely on delivering the workspace product by the end of 2026.

On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Sukhveer for his contribution to Potentially as a co-founder, and for building the application that has now passed 100,000 installs. We wish him well for the future.

The Board has a great deal of confidence in the team, in the platform and in the future of the business. As we lead up to the end of the year, we look forward to keeping the market closely updated on product development and new functionality, including through regular product showcases, as the workspace comes to market.”
