Exercise of Options and

Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, on 14 July 2026, an employee of the Company exercised 5,275 options over Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were granted on 2 May 2023 pursuant to the 2018 Deferred Incentive Share Option Plan (the "Deferred Plan").

Accordingly, the Company transferred 5,275 Ordinary Shares on 14 July 2026 from Ordinary Shares held in treasury by the Company to satisfy the above exercise. 

The total issued capital of the Company is 51,356,633 Ordinary Shares. Following the above transaction, the Company holds 172,585 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 51,184,048.

The above figure of 51,184,048 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
