NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) notifies that on 28 May 2026, its Chief Financial Officer, Sarah Duncan, sold 34,219 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from her share dealing account at a price of 58.40 pence per Ordinary Share and subsequently repurchased 34,139 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at 58.50 pence per Ordinary Share.

In addition, on 29 May 2026, Sarah Duncan sold 33,916 Ordinary Shares from her share dealing account at a price of 59.00 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same date, James Duncan, Sarah Duncan's spouse and therefore a Person Closely Associated ("PCA"), purchased 34,127 Ordinary Shares into his ISA at a price of 58.60 pence per Ordinary Share.

Resulting interests

Following these transactions, Sarah Duncan's total reportable shareholding in the Company is 137,145 Ordinary Shares (including those held in her husband's name), which equates to 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
