It also announces that applications have been made for certain of its share schemes and the relevant block listings to be cancelled, as set out below.

Cancelled block listings

At 30 September 2026 NIOX had 938,521 ordinary shares of £0.0008 each, which were block listed in relation to share schemes where all outstanding options have now been exercised, or have lapsed, and the scheme has closed. These plans are: Circassia 2016 Performance Share Plan Scheme; NIOX 2023 Deferred Share Bonus Plan, and; Circassia 2020 Save As You Earn Scheme (UK) (numbered 1 to 3 below). As a result, application has been made for the block listings associated with these schemes to be cancelled.

The Company has made no allotments under these plans since the last block listing return was released on 31 March 2026. 

A final block listing return is set out below in relation to the cancelled share schemes.

Please note, this is the final return for these block listings. No further shares will be allotted pursuant to this block listing.
