This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and relates to the acquisition of shares by the following PDMR under the Company's Long Term Performance Plan ("LTPP").

As announced on 2 September 2025 and detailed in the Company's 2025/26 Annual Report & Accounts, following Zoë Yujnovich's appointment to the Board of National Grid plc, a Buyout award was granted under the Company's LTPP to replace remuneration forfeited on leaving her previous employer. The award vests in three equal tranches, and is subject to continued employment, satisfactory conduct and performance and malus and clawback provisions.
