Notice of Dispute arising at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Greenwich

On Friday 19th December 2025, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (the "Trust") issued a letter Notifying of a Dispute arising from fire safety defects at the Hospital to Meridian Hospital Company PLC (the "Company").  The Board at Meridian Hospital Company PLC will investigate the claim in the hopes of reach a resolution.

This notice does not constitute a Trigger Event under the Bond Trust Deed between M&G Trustee Company Limited and the Company and the associated withholding will not have a material impact on the Company or its ability to service the debt due on 31st December 2025.
