Issue of Equity - Dividend Investment Scheme

 

 

The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the Company) confirms that, on 15 May 2026 and under its Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS), the Company issued and allotted 192,626 new ordinary shares of 10p each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 45.98p per share which, under the Terms and Conditions of the DIS, is equivalent to the latest announced net asset value per share.

 

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at 15 May 2026 comprises 156,089,229 Ordinary Shares, with each share carrying one voting right. The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.

 

In respect of this allotment, an application will be made by the Company to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. It is expected that the admission of the new Ordinary Shares will become effective, and dealings will commence, on or around 20 May 2026.
