Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Made Tech Group Plc, a leading provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Swinyard as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 2 March 2026.

Richard is a highly experienced technology and services finance leader with a strong track record of supporting growth, operational improvement and value creation. Since 2012, he has operated in the US market, most recently as CFO of a private equity-backed IT and managed services business based in New York, where he led a period of significant organic growth, margin improvement and a sale of the business.

Prior to this, Richard was CFO and a board director at Agilisys, a UK-based provider of IT and digital transformation services to the public sector, where he played a central role in growing revenues and the order book, while also driving strong cash generation and operational improvements.

Earlier in his career, Richard held senior finance roles at listed companies, including Sanctuary Group Plc and Imprint Group Plc, after training at Deloitte. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from Warwick Business School.
