Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

On 1 April 2026, a performance award granted in 2021 to Matthew Howells was released, following the end of a two-year post-vest holding period. Sufficient shares were sold to cover Mr. Howells' tax liabilities and sales costs, with the balance of shares retained by him.
