M&G plc today announces that Clive Adamson has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the following Non-Executive Directors have been appointed as members of the Nomination and Governance Committee:

· Elisabeth Stheeman
· Massimo Tosato
Following these appointments, the Nomination and Governance Committee now includes all of the Company's Non‑Executive Directors.
These Committee appointments are with effect from 1 April 2026.
