Notice of Half Year Results

Kooth Plc (AIM: KOO), a leading provider of digital mental health services, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 23 September 2026.

Kate Newhouse, CEO, and Sanjay Jawa, CFO, will host an in-person analyst briefing at 9:00am BST on the morning of results at the offices of Canaccord Genuity (88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QR).

The Company will also host a virtual presentation for all existing and potential shareholders at 10:30am BST. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am BST on 22 September 2026, or at any time during the live presentation.
