The Group announces the following changes to the interests of a Director in the Group's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares').

Vesting of Award

On 14 March 2022 the share-based awards granted by the Group on 12 March 2019 under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014 (the 'Awards') became exercisable. On 7 September 2026, the PDMR noted below acquired Shares in connection with the vesting of his Award. On the same date, 7 September 2026, the PDMR chose to sell a proportion of his vested Shares to discharge the relevant tax obligations, at an average price of £19.446020 per Share.
