Change of name to Sundae Bar Plc

Kondor AI Plc (AQUIS: FILE) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement dated 21 March 2025, the Company has changed its name to Sundae Bar Plc, which has been registered at the Companies House and will take effect on the AQSE Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 9 May 2025.

The change aligns the Company's name with its strategic focus to create a dynamic platform named sundae_bar that serves as a marketplace for AI Agents, enabling AI developers to market, manage, and sell their agents. This platform intends to provide essential tools for creating, customising, and monetizing AI agents, in order to offer a full-service solution for AI creators similar to how e-commerce platforms empower e-commerce entrepreneurs.

The Company's ticker symbol, under which its shares are traded on the AQSE Growth Market, will remain as "KNDR". The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN (GB00BRXKJ754).

The Company's website will be www.sundaebar.ai.     

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
