The Company is pleased to announce that John Citron, portfolio manager, will be presenting on JPMorgan Emerging Markets Growth & Income plc in a webinar entitled Navigate Your Emerging Market Allocations: Dividends vs. Designed Income on Monday, 27^th April 2026 at 15:00 p.m. John will be joined by Omar Negyal, portfolio manager, JPMorgan Emerging Markets Dividend Income plc and will compare traditional dividends vs designed income and how this translates into distinct portfolio positioning. They will also share their outlook on Emerging Markets and provide an update on each Companies' portfolio.

JMGI seeks to uncover quality stocks from across emerging markets that are also attractively valued, benefiting from an extensive network of country and sector specialists from one of the longest established emerging market teams in the industry. JMGI adopted an enhanced dividend as of the 7th November 2025 and aims to pay 4% of the Company's NAV at the end of the preceding financial year, distributed in four equal quarterly instalments.

The webinar is open to all existing and prospective shareholders. Registration is free and can be accessed here. There will be a Questions and Answers session at the end of the presentation. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions online over the course of the webinar.
