The Company today announces that Jock Lennox, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate of Halfords Group plc with effect from 1 September 2026 and will, alongside his continuing role as Non-Executive Chair of JSG, assume the role of Chair of Halfords Group plc following its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
