Memorandum of Understanding signed with SkyIO Inc

SkyIO to act as IntelliAM's agent and integrator in the US industrial automation market

IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT), the industrial software company applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve the productivity, reliability and sustainability of manufacturing operations, is pleased to announce it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SkyIO Inc, the South Carolina-based provider of full spectrum industrial automation and integration capabilities.

It is proposed that SkyIO will act as an agent and integrator for IntelliAM in identifying, introducing and supporting customers for IntelliAM 53, Decipher and related IntelliAM offerings. The relationship is already showing traction with SkyIO also proposing to provide local customer engagement, implementation and support services for an identified commercial opportunity.
