Conference Participation and New Corporate Presentation
Harena Rare Earths plc (LSE: HREE, OTCQB: CRMNF), advancing the Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar (the "Ampasindava Project"), is pleased to announce that Executive Chairman Ivan Murphy presented at the 2026 Africa Down Under Conference, held in Perth, Australia last week. Africa Down Under is a leading forum for African-focused mining and investment, bringing together governments, mining companies, investors and industry participants from across Africa and Australia.
During his presentation, Mr Murphy provided an overview of the Ampasindava Project and highlighted the significant progress made by the Company over the past year, including:

the advancement of the Ampasindava Project through the permitting process and the agreement of mining terms with the Government of Madagascar;

· |
the Company's Project Development Funding Agreement with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation ("DFC"), under which US$4.84 million of development funding has been made available;

|
· |
plans to develop the on-site pilot plant and laboratory as Harena advances towards concentrate production;
|
|
· |
the infrastructure advantages of the Project, including its proximity to port infrastructure and access to key processing inputs; and
|
|
· |
Harena's environmental and social approach and continued engagement with local communities and stakeholders in Madagascar. |
