Director/PDMR Shareholding

Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that on 16 September 2026, conditional share awards were granted under the Genus 2025 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') over ordinary shares in Genus to the Executive Directors and members of the Genus Executive Leadership Team ('GELT').  Awards granted as performance share units ('PSUs') are listed in table A below; Awards granted as restricted share units ('RSUs') are listed in table B below.  In addition, in line with Genus' deferral requirements relating to the annual bonus earned by Executive Directors and GELT for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, conditional share awards were granted over ordinary shares under the Genus 2025 Deferred Bonus Plan ('DBP') as listed in table C below.

Details of the performance conditions that apply to the PSUs can be found in the Directors' Remuneration Report of the Genus 2026 Annual Report which will be published next month.

The price at which LTIP and DBP share awards have been granted was determined in accordance with the LTIP and DBP rules.

The below notifications, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, give further detail of the conditional awards made on 16 September 2026.
