Gana partners with OneFootball to Scale Audience and Unlock Advertising Growth in Mexico
Gana Media Group plc (AIM: GANA), the sports media, gaming and betting group focused on Latin America, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Capital Media Sports S.A. de C.V., has entered into an Embed Player Licence and Advertising Services Agreement with OneFootball UK Limited, a leading digital football media platform.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gana will integrate OneFootball's premium video content across its Estadio Deportes platform, while also enabling reciprocal distribution of Gana's content across OneFootball's network. The partnership is focused initially on Mexico and supports Gana's strategy of scaling its owned media ecosystem through high-quality content and audience expansion.

Strategic Rationale:
OneFootball brings significant global scale, with approximately 180 million monthly active users, operations in over 30 countries, and coverage of more than 200 football leagues worldwide.
This partnership strengthens Gana's position as a leading sports media platform in Mexico by:
- Expanding access to premium, always-on football video content
- Increasing audience reach through global distribution channels
- Enhancing monetisation through shared advertising revenues
- Accelerating the Company's "own your own media" strategy by combining owned audience growth with premium third-party content
