Sports Direct International plc has been informed that on 8^th April 2010 Simon Bentley, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company. The sale price was £1.0655 per share.  Mr Bentley now holds 50,000 shares.
